Deposition Video Editing - After you've taken your deposition ask your videographer to save the video as a MPEG1 file and burn it to a CD. Once you have reviewed the transcript and made your page/line designations, e-mail them to me and I'll create the clips and embed them into a powerpoint presentation. I can also synchronize your deposition transcripts and videos and load them into Visionary or Trial Director.
PowerPoint Presentations - Telling your client's side of the story is crucial. Telling it in a persuasive and compelling way is even more important. This is where the art of visual thinking really comes into play. When preparing an effective multi-media case presentation it's important to get everything just right and make sure the story flows in a very easy to understand format. I'm here to help guide your information into the other side's mind. Once we are able to flip the light on in their mind everything else usually falls right into place. It's all about simplifying the facts so that a child could comprehend them.
Timelines - Developing a clear and easy to digest, graphical chronology of events is key to preparing your case presentation. All you have to do is send me a list outlining all of the important and significant dates in your case and I'll layout a concise yet high impact timeline that documents each event as they were woven through time. Timelines are essential, visual anchors which can be enlarged to just about any size that you need and mounted on to foam for placement on to an easel. We will also have the digital copy in your PowerPoint presentation or Adobe Acrobat file in the event we want to throw a portion of it up on the screen.
Exhibit Enlargements - I can enlarge, print and mount any graphic or photo that you need blown up. Each trialboard comes mounted to 3/16", black GatorFoam. This service typically has a 24 hour turnaround and costs $150 per 36"x48" board.

Voir Dire & Jury Selection Assistance - Some lawyers believe that it is during voir dire that you win your case. I believe it is a critical time to prove your validity to the jury by making them like you. How do you do that? Well, if there were a magic solution to making people like other people the world probably would be running a lot smoother than it currently is. Truth is, it's tricky to be likable 100% of the time, but being 'generally' likable the first time that someone meets you is achievable. Additionally, every case that I assist you with includes jury selection assistance and jury consulting throughout the trial. Having as many eyes on the jury as we possible can unveils the many mysteries that are going on inside their minds as the trial transpires.
Shadow Jurors - Either myself or an equally experienced trial consultant associate within my network will take notes throughout the duration of your entire trial and consult with you at the end of every day. My method is proven and provides a world of insight into how your trial is going and what can be done to improve your position. The first day is always free of charge (upon scheduling at least 2 weeks in advance) and if I have not proven to be of substantial value to you and your client, you are under no obligation to hire me for the remainder of trial.
